La Estancia del Migrante
Documentary realised in 2015, in the state of Quéretaro, Mexico.
Few kilometres from the touristic community of Tequisquiapan ride a commercial train called "La Bestia" - the beast -.
On the train directed to United States, migrants from Central America, find a ride to the North America, facing violence, human and organs trafficking and abuses.
Next to the rails a family fighting for human rights, waits for the passage of the train and throws food, clothes and water to support the migrants.
In 2016 the documentary received the prize for better documentary in the festival of DocumentaQro.
