The increasing communal violences in central Mali led thousands of Fulani people to find a shelter in the Malian capital.

Several camps have been set up on the outskirts of bamako to deal with these emergencies but,

despite the voluntary aid, the refugees still live in critical conditions: struggling to get water, food and adequate accommodations.

In the neighborhood Faladie, the camp is built up on a landfill, hosting more than 800 Fulani displaced people who are literally surrounded by rubbish.
